The 1100 anodized aluminum coil for beverage packaging lids (0.25 mm thickness, 200–1200 mm customizable width, 10–15 μm food-grade anodized + lacquer coating) is the purest and most cost-effective material for premium easy-open ends (EOE), ring-pull tabs and stay-on-tab (SOT) lids.
Alloy 1100: purity ≥ 99.0 %, excellent formability & anodizing response.
Food-grade anodizing + HS lacquer: zero migration, 2000 h salt-spray, easy-peel option.
Custom width + protective film: ready for high-speed punching & curling lines.
Result: lids that stay bright for 30 years, open with one finger, and run at 2000 lids/min on Angelus or Minster machines.
