The AA3005 H24 0.5MM prepainted aluminium coil is a professional-grade material engineered specifically for manufacturing advertising signboards. It takes AA3005 aluminium alloy—an Al-Mn series alloy renowned for its rust resistance—as the base, with a substrate thickness of 0.5mm that strikes a perfect balance between sturdiness and processability. The alloy is treated to reach the H24 temper (semi-hard state) via annealing, controlled cold rolling, and stabilization, ensuring it maintains shape stability while allowing flexible fabrication. Its surface is coated with a high-adhesion, weatherproof paint layer (15μm-50μm per side, customizable by demand), which delivers vibrant, long-lasting colors and reliable protection against external environmental factors, making it an ideal choice for both indoor and outdoor advertising signboards.
