The 8079-O high-purity aluminum foil with premium corrosion-resistant + heat-seal coating (0.025 mm thickness, 770 mm standard width, food & cosmetic-grade HS lacquer + easy-peel layer) is the world’s most trusted sealing material for high-end cream jars, perfume bottles, and cosmetic tube neck seals.
Alloy 8079-O: ultra-low pinhole ≤ 20 pcs/m², elongation > 12 %.
Dual-layer corrosion-resistant coating: 100 % resistant to alcohol, acid & alkaline formulas, peel strength 8–12 N/15 mm, residue-free easy-open.
Meets FDA 21 CFR 175.300, EU 10/2011, China GB 9685 cosmetic contact standards.
Result: seals that protect luxury formulas for 5+ years, open with one finger, and run at 600 jars/min on high-speed induction or conduction sealing lines.
