Product Description:

The Aluminum Alloy 1100 Aluminum Sheet, with a thickness of 1.0–2.0mm, is a high-purity aluminum alloy (99.0% minimum aluminum, with trace amounts of iron, silicon, and copper) in H14 or H24 temper, designed for automotive sound insulation materials. It offers excellent formability (elongation ~10-15%), good corrosion resistance, and low strength (tensile strength ~110-160 MPa). Its lightweight nature (density ~2.70 g/cm³) reduces vehicle weight, while its high thermal conductivity (~222 W/m·K) and recyclability (recovery rate >95%) support sustainable manufacturing. The sheet’s smooth surface allows for lamination with sound-dampening materials (e.g., foam or butyl rubber), making it ideal for automotive panels, floor mats, and interior linings to reduce noise and vibration.
