Aluminum Alloy 1085 High Reflectivity (1.2mm × 1300mm) for Building Materials

Product Description:

The Aluminum Alloy 1085, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 1300mm, is a high-purity aluminum alloy (99.85% minimum aluminum, Si ≤0.10%, Fe ≤0.12%, Cu ≤0.03%, Mn ≤0.02%, Mg ≤0.02%, Zn ≤0.03%) in O-temper or H18 temper, designed for building materials. It is often used in mirror-finish sheets for applications like curtain walls, facades, and decorative panels due to its high reflectivity (up to 86%) and smooth surface. The alloy offers good corrosion resistance, excellent formability (elongation ~20-30% in O-temper), and low strength (tensile strength ~60-100 MPa), suitable for non-structural decorative uses. Its lightweight nature (density ~2.70 g/cm³) reduces structural loads, and its recyclability supports sustainable construction. The 1300mm width enables efficient production for large-scale building projects.
